Terms and Conditions.

It is our policy to request a non-refundable deposit to secure a booking.

In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-book the room.
If this is not successful and the cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the booking date we reserve the right to claim any balance owing to us. We therefore recommend that appropriate cancellation insurance is taken out.

Arrival time is from 4pm onwards unless previously arranged.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.

Payment is by cash or cheque only.

No smoking in rooms.

A minimum of a two night stay during a Bank holiday.
